TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENT ORGANIZERS

Welcome to Ticket Fender! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Ticket Fender’s ticketing services for the event(s) you are organizing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our platform to sell tickets for your event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- EVENT REGISTRATION & TICKET SALES
- Event organizers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including event name, description, ticket prices, and event dates/times.
- Ticket Fender will sell tickets on your behalf upon successful registration and confirmation.
- Ticket Fender reserves the right to remove events from the platform that do not meet our guidelines or involve inappropriate content.
- PAYMENT & FEES
- Event organizers agree to pay any applicable service fees associated with ticket sales through Ticket Fender.
- Payment for tickets will be disbursed to the event organizer after event completion, minus any applicable fees.
- Ticket Fender is not responsible for handling or processing refunds to attendees unless specified in the refund policy.
- TICKET DELIVERY & ACCESS
- Event organizers are responsible for providing the necessary access details for attendees (e.g., physical or digital tickets).
- Tickets sold via Ticket Fender are non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.
- Event organizers must ensure that attendees are able to redeem their tickets at the event without issues.
- CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Event organizers are responsible for establishing and communicating their refund policies, including eligibility and process.
- In the event of an event cancellation, Ticket Fender will follow the organizer’s cancellation and refund policy.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds unless stated otherwise by the organizer.
- LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
- Event organizers are responsible for all aspects of their event, including safety, security, and legal compliance.
- Event organizers agree to indemnify and hold Ticket Fender harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their event.
- Ticket Fender is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages occurring at the event.
- PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
- Event organizers are responsible for obtaining consent from attendees for any photography or video recording during the event.
- Ticket Fender may, with permission from the organizer, use event footage for promotional purposes.
- PRIVACY & DATA USAGE
- Ticket Fender collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Organizers can access attendee information necessary for event operations but agree to use the data solely for event purposes.
- Attendees’ personal data may be shared with event organizers but should not be used for marketing outside of the event context without proper consent.
- FORCE MAJEURE
- Ticket Fender is not responsible for event cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
- COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
- Event organizers are responsible for ensuring that their events comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Event organizers must ensure they have any necessary permits or licenses for their event.
- VENUE RULES & ACCESS
- Event organizers must ensure that attendees comply with all venue-specific rules and regulations.
- Event organizers are responsible for venue management and coordination, including security and guest access.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Event organizers may engage third-party services or vendors for their event.
- Ticket Fender is not responsible for third-party service failures or damages.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Event organizers retain all intellectual property rights to event content, branding, and media.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of content by attendees or other third parties is prohibited.
- GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
- Ticket Fender reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
